If the group of attorneys who defend the defendant are the ';defense'; what is the civil ';prosecution'; Im sure it's not the plaintiffism or something strange.In a civil case, who are the lawyers suing?
you just call them the plaintiff's attorneys, not the prosecution. Prosecution is a term reserved only for criminal attorneys working for the government.
