Have there been any successful civil cases of adults suing parents for extreme abuse rcvd as children?

I am looking for documented civil cases of adult children suing parents or a parent for extreme physical, emotional, and/or mental abuse received as they were growing up - particularly groups of siblings suing together. Included would also be neglect and isolation - such as saying they were homeschooling their children and yet failing to provide an education. Also in the context of homeschooling - using that as a base for isolating the child or children so that they would not have outlets for seeking help from outsiders to escape from abuse.





Again, I am specifically looking for adults who have gone back and sued their parents.

My parents pulled me out of public school in first grade and home schooled me through second grade but never continued with any other grades. My brother as well has no education (He's 3 yr younger than me and never went to public school.
