You need to call the police. That is conspiring to commit a crime. Even if he doesn't get in trouble, it is on the record that he was accused of conspiring.
Your son made that up and so since it is not true, no lawyer is going to take the case. Do you know that is impossible to prove? Now why would a teacher waste his carreer on hurting your son?
If you have PROOF and witnesses...you now have a great criminal conspiracy to murder case. Otherwise, you got NOTHING...
